Slurp your dessert!

A friend of mine was telling her husband of my frequent buying of ice cream and other sweets when we go out of town. And he asked me," So what does that mean?"
"It means I'm living my life." I uttered with a smile.

As smug as that may seem, it's true. I am living. I remember reading the list of a 90 year old woman and what she learned.

It stated "Eat ice cream."

Not that I take anyone's advice, but coming from a 90 year old woman who appears to have lived her life. I'll take my chances.

Besides, I don't splurge all the time.

And so the past weekend, when we went to the Amish Village in Pennsylvania and when we visited the Turkey Hill plant in the same state. I've had my share of ice cream on both times. The latter even offered unlimited supply of various flavors. But I know my limits. And then the weekend after that when I went around New York, I got my first taste at 16 Handles of various flavors of frozen yogurt then enjoyed another one of my favorite drinks at Starbucks-White Choco Mocca.

One thing's for sure, I won't stop enjoying the buffet of lovely dessert we have available for us.
